Yes. We offer a 30-day home trial. If you’re not satisfied, you may return the product in good condition for a refund. Return shipping costs apply, especially for orders outside of Sweden.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used bulbs cannot be returned. These are consumables that naturally wear with use. Philips 250 W infrared sauna bulbs typically last around 5,000 hours—that’s over 3 years of daily 30-minute sessions—so you can expect them to serve you for a long time before needing replacement. Unused bulbs, however, may be eligible for a refund if returned in original condition.
Every LYSTRA unit comes with a 1-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. This ensures your Eldstad is built to perform beautifully over time.
Yes. Eldstad uses a universal E27 socket, so you can easily replace the bulbs yourself. For best results, we recommend high-quality sauna-grade incandescent NIR bulbs, available in stores such as Granngården and similar hardware shops.
Each Eldstad is handcrafted in Sweden. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery, especially during launch periods. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
