Processing & Production

Each LYSTRA product is handcrafted to order in Sweden.
Production begins within 1 business day after your order is placed.
Because every unit is built individually, shipping usually takes 14-18 business days depending on order volume and current production capacity. During high-demand periods, delivery times may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you informed.

Free Delivery – 30 Days

We offer free delivery on all orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order has not arrived within that window, please contact us at info@lystrahome.se for immediate assistance.

Shipping Within the EU

LYSTRA ships to all countries within the European Union.
Typical delivery time is 14-18 business days after your order has been processed. All shipments include tracking and are handled by trusted couriers such as PostNord DHL or UPS.

Shipping Outside the EU

Orders outside the EU (for example, to the United States) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability, delivery time, and shipping cost.
Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Each ELDSTAD unit is securely packaged in recyclable, protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if any damage is visible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact info@lystrahome.se within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate promptly and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer covers return shipping within the EU. For international returns, shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
